A place called home

I am very pleased to say I have considered my apartment a home. The new supervisor is very prompt on all maintenance calls and has always fixed my issue, I have spoken to many neighbors and they completely agree, Greenbrier has become a great place to live thanks to the staff. I hope they stay with us for years to come. Thankyou Mark for all your hard work, don't change.

Home Sweet Home

My husband and I moved into our apartment towards the end of May 2016. From the first day we went apartment hunting to currently, Kaeyana and Michael, have always been so welcoming, friendly and nice. We felt at home as soon as we stepped into the apartment they had for us to view. Surprisingly not very many apartments allow you to take a tour of the apartment they are renting. Whenever we were ready to sit down and talk about price, they weren't greedy with the costs at all nor did they suffocate us with every deposit they could think of like most apartment complexes. It seemed too good to be true. Once we moved in we had realized there is a bit of a shower problem that everyone in the complex seems to have, the shower will just randomly start spraying out what feels like burning hot water then switch to freezing cold water. It's just a bit inconvenient whenever you have the water to a perfect temperature and whenever you're having to rush getting ready cause you have to wait for it to go back to normal. We also have an ongoing bug problem, it's just everywhere in our apartment from our kitchen to our bathroom. As soon as we turn on the light, you can watch twenty or so bugs just scattering everywhere. Another "con" would be that our appliances are a bit old but we aren't complaining. Our apartment is perfectly within budget that we aren't really bothered by the old appliances, it is our first apartment after all. Also the maintenance guy, Mark, has been super helpful. We recently had a problem with our A/C, it just wasn't putting out cold air so we put in an emergency order the night we had realized. Mark came in that night on his day off, addressed the problem and told us he would fix it tomorrow morning. Right at noon of the next day he came in and fixed it. He kept his word and we really appreciate that. He also has been super nice and friendly and asked us the first week we moved in to tell them if we have any issues to let them know. We're overall very happy!

Pleased Resident

I have found the staff of this apartment to be friendly, helpful, and will go up and above to help. A quiet complex. As this is an older complex the staff is on top of problems that may arise. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I enjoy living here and plan to be here for as long as possible.
